From drop-off to finished shocks, we keep you informed. We inspect first, order the parts your shocks need, then rebuild.
Contact us & arrange drop-off
Tell us your year, make, model and shock type. We will discuss your needs and coordinate a drop-off in the Lafayette area. Please contact us before visiting.
Disassemble & inspect
After receiving your shocks, we disassemble them and inspect the internal components, seals and wear items to determine what is needed.
Order necessary parts
Parts are ordered according to what we find during inspection. Availability and shipping can affect turnaround time. We will communicate if we identify additional work beyond the original estimate.
Rebuild & arrange pickup
We rebuild with appropriate replacement components and fresh shock oil, then complete the applicable assembly and service checks. Once finished, we arrange pickup.
Quotes are available before drop-off, but they are estimates, not guaranteed final prices. The final cost depends on the shock condition, parts required and findings during teardown. Any additional work will be discussed before proceeding.
Spring kits, yes. Custom tuning, no.
We sell SXS spring kits from Shock Therapy and MTS Off-Road, selected around your machine, weight and riding needs. We do not offer custom shock valving or custom suspension tuning.
